What if my items don't sell?

If your items don't sell within 30 days, you can choose to donate them to charity. We want to make sure your things find a new home, whether through a sale or a good cause.

How do you promote my items for sale?

We advise the best price to sell, manage and actively promote your ads for your items across several sites. We also provide advice on how to sell your items at the maximum value and keep you updated with a weekly email on how your items are performing.

What items can I sell?

You can sell anything you believe has a value of over $20, such as tools, furniture, sporting equipment, and electronics.

How much money can I make from selling my items?

According to a comprehensive report from Gumtree, Aussies have around $7,000 of pre-loved items they could sell per household. We also work with you to set a minimum price for each item and actively promote your ads to make sure you make the most money from each item.

How long does the service take?

We can reclaim your space in less than 24 hours, and you can be earning money in less than 48 hours once items are posted online. The actual time required depends on the size and condition of your space and the number of items you want to sell.

How would you decide the price for each item?

You decide the minimum price you want the items to be sold for. We use that price as the baseline for selling and use our knowledge to decide if it can be increased. If the item doesn’t sell in a week we will review the price.

How would you decide on what items to sell?

You have two simple options. 1. You can decide what items to sell in advance and have those ready to be picked up when we come. 2. We can suggest some items at the end of the service that we believe are valuable and can be sold, you let us know if you would like to sell those.

Do I need to be present during the service?

No, you don't have to be there! Its up to you. This can be decided during our consultation. Our cleaners and organisers will take care of everything as long as they have clear instructions on how to access your home.

Can I trust the people who comes to my home?

Yes, you can! We work only with trustworthy and high-quality cleaners, tradespeople, and organisers who have undergone background checks, including police checks and reference checks. They are insured and have gone through trial cleans.
